Now we have yet another shameful case of someone who tried to expose Paedophilia in Scotland.

At the end of 2012 I republished my last article about the Hollie Greig cover-up but thought it would also be applicable to launch 2013 and bring this sordid case back into the public arena and also that unknown case involving George Farquhar that formed part of my investigations  to which I am unable to prove one way or the other…….maybe someone out there can throw more light on this case or even send me current information on his situation or put me in touch with any of his relatives.

This final article is dedicated to all the victims of paedophilia and I sincerely hope and pray that 2013 will bring justice to all those that have become a victim to these scumbags and wish you all a Very Happy New Year – even thought it may be difficult for any of you to lead a normal life again!!

The information provided below was posted on one of the many Hollie Greig sites and clearly shows the evil ways they deal with those who attempt to expose. Currently I am unable to check on the authenticity of this story but research and investigation so far reveal there is a good chance it is true.

Should anyone have any information or update on  George it would be very much appreciate. I do know that he has traveled extensively and may have been the victim of mind control on a massive scale. He has relatives in Australia and there are people in the UK that know him and were with him.

George Farquhar now in a mental institution for trying to expose Freemason’s and Paedophila

My name is George Farquhar. I am the founder of Project Freedom—Child Rights Watch. I am an investigator, researcher and campaigner, dedicated to the mass public exposure of secret societies’ child abuse networks and paedophile rings. For more than five years, I have been researching organised child abuse by certain high-profile members of our social services, who hide behind their secret-society-backed positions of power within the police and justice system, child care and social services and the mass media and medical industries.

I have numerous examples of those networks of abuse and of the individuals involved, some of whom are publicly exposed on my website. Since I have been non-violently campaigning in and around Edinburgh against those crimes over the past two years, I have been arrested about eight times by Lothian and Borders police. Although I have been charged with breach of the peace and with failing to give a DNA sample on each of those arrests, I have been found guilty on only one charge of breach of the peace, about which I was later admonished.

The circumstances surrounding my last arrest were a little different. I was arrested for taking video footage of a corrupt police officer who had falsified criminal charges and blatantly lied in court in relation to my possible conviction and imprisonment. Having been arrested by the police officer for that action, I was remanded in jail before being taken in front of Procurator Fiscal Smith at Edinburgh sheriff court. Procurator Fiscal Smith immediately lied to the court by stating that I had a history of similar offences, conveniently omitting the fact that I had been found not guilty on all charges bar one. Then, the procurator fiscal, while mumbling under his breath so that I would not be able to hear him, suggested that, because of my history, I should be detained for psychiatric reports.

In addition to my trial, which was a kangaroo court, and that corrupt act to veil the truth, I am currently being detained in the Royal Edinburgh hospital, in a clinic for the criminally insane. Since my three months’ incarceration as a political prisoner, I have been forcibly injected nine times against my will with high doses of antipsychotic drugs while being held down by numerous hospital staff. That major abuse of human rights for taking video footage of a corrupt police officer is just one of the numerous cover-ups directed against my dedication to expose Government child abuse. I should be out in the street, non-violently campaigning, not incarcerated and drugged up like an insane criminal. Please do whatever you can to rectify the matter—not for my sake, but for all the children, who deserve safety and justice for the crimes perpetrated against them.

So that other members can view them and then if they agree can also complain. The more complaints the better the chance of the site being removed, as we saw with ‘www.stopchildrape.net‘ 

I believe that there is too much rubbish on the Internet about FM and that this rubbish has been allowed to sit there and corrupt/sway the populous with out complaint for far too long. We write firstly to express our disgust that one of our founder members George Farquhar ,a human rights activist, being held under the mental health act for taking a picture of policeman who lied in court against George during a breach of the peace charge while he was protesting. Also the despicable way visitors and supporters are being treated by the staff in your hospital.

1.What rule forces visitors to have to provide detailed information including National Insurance numbers to your staff which clearly breaches ECHR convention rights and affects how a visitor would view entering such a place when private information is sought?

2.Why did your staff lie by stating you have no email contacts when there is an extensive list on your website at http://www.pst.ed.ac.uk/index.shtml ?

3.Why did your nurse Blades becoming extremely rude on the phone when asked why visitors were turning away from visiting George because of your requirement to provide detailed private information of those visitors. What 

RULES are being used to thwart visitors to see George.

4.What grounds have been used by a Dr.Billcliff to certify George under the mental health act for taking a picture of a policeman who lied in court ? We are witness to that court hearing were those lies were blatantly made.

SLEAZY sheriff Andrew Lothian is a wife-beating drunk who’s obsessed with prostitutes, his ex-wife reveals. The shamed 66-year-old was forced to quit the bench after claims he paid for spanking and whipping sessions with an Edinburgh hooker. But today the News of the World can expose the shocking secrets of his sordid private life. According to long-suffering ex-wife Harriet Lothian, the twisted beak: 

TRIED to make her have sex with strangers while he watched 

ADMITTED using prostitutes during their marriage 

DOWNED at least a bottle of spirits every day, and 

BATTERED her while their unsuspecting kids slept upstairs. 

Speaking at length for the first time since her ex-husband’s sauna shame, disgusted Harriet, 57, below, said: “I’m surprised it took so long for his activities to be exposed. “I tried repeatedly to alert the police and the Crown to his unsuitability for office because of his behaviour, but to no avail. “I suffered greatly at his hands, both during our marriage and for many years after I divorced him.” 

We told last November how Lothian quit his £125,000-a-year job after Crown Office bosses confronted him about allegations over his private life. But, according to Harriet his obsession with sordid sex had been going on for years. Lothian’s wife of 19 years said: “Sexually, there were problems from an early stage in the marriage. 

“I found it so unsettling that I sought advice from my father, who was a doctor, and who I could talk to about anything. “Andrew was into kinky but fairly inadequate sex. He also had fantasies about introducing third parties, men or women, into the bedroom. 

“I had no interest, but he kept asking me to do it to please him. “I refused because I found the idea repulsive. He said he could pay people to make his fantasies come true.” 

Harriet suspected her hubby was using hookers during their marriage. And she told how her elderly father was forced to confront Lothian about the sleazy claims. Harriet said: “He confessed without any shame. He told me he had lost his virginity at 16 to a prostitute, and that he’d always been turned on by them. “I was devastated. I told him I’d never have unprotected sex with him again but he was totally unrepentant. 

“Once his obsession was out in the open, he became more demanding. If he was out at a dinner, he would bring men home and want me to have sex with them while he watched. “I would have to throw them out, which was embarrassing. I found the idea repugnant. Apart from anything else, I had children in the house. “My father was 68, but was very close to me and he had no hesitation in speaking to Andrew and telling him to shape up.” 

The couple had married on December 28, 1983, after a whirlwind romance. Lothian already had a son, also Andrew, from the first of two previous marriages, and Harriet had a young son, James, from a previous relationship. Two years after their wedding, Harriet gave birth to their son Robert, but already the foundations of the marriage were beginning to crumble. She says: “By the time Robert came along, I had serious concerns about his father’s alcoholism and how terribly ill it was making him. He was drinking at least a bottle of spirits a day, and that was just what I was witnessing. He was in a mess. 

“I went home with Robert on New Year’s Day 1986 and Andrew was in such a terrible state that he became abusive. I threw a milk bottle at him and hit him on the side of the head. “The next day, I insisted he saw a doctor, and he agreed because his mother was in the house. Harriet tried to alert senior legal officals to her husband’s alcohol abuse but was snubbed at every turn. 

Things spiralled further out of control and by Christmas 1996 Harriet demanded Lothian move out. She said: “His language became more abusive. There were implied threats of violence and the odd punch to the side of the head where no visible marks were left, but I was still shocked by what happened then.” Harriet told how their sons, James, now 27, and Robert, now 23, were in their bedrooms when a huge row erupted on Christmas Eve that year. She claims Lothian slapped her hard in the face, before punching her full on the nose. As their shocked mother took refuge in the bathroom, where she tried to stem the flow of blood, both sons plucked up the courage to leave their rooms and go to her aid. 

With her face badly marked and her eyes beginning to blacken, the family went through the motions the next day, exchanging presents and eating dinner — but the mood was understandably bleak. Harriet said: “Until that point, I’d been trying to hold things together for my sons, but I couldn’t go on with the charade. No child should have to see their mother pouring with blood from a blow their father has struck. It was a total nightmare.” Robert said: “I remember clearly what happened that night and it sickens me the way he behaved. It is more than ten years since I have spoken to him. “When I was 12 I wrote him a letter telling him I wanted nothing to do with him.” 

Following the attack Harriet demanded that Lothian move out of the family home in Lauder, Berwickshire. She 

wept: “I feared for the safety of our sons. I had no choice.” But in summer 2001 Lothian — then living in Edinburgh — launched a court bid to SELL the house. She said: “The move was especially hurtful as Robert was about to start his Higher courses. 

“It was also difficult to understand as Andrew had inherited a six-figure sum the previous year when his mother died.” Lothian’s partner at that time, Eleanor Burns, daughter of Sir John and Lady Eleanor Burns, had also inherited a substantial sum on the death of her mother, just a week before Catriona Lothian’s death. By 2002, when they finally divorced, Harriet claims that Lothian enjoyed a six-figure salary whilst Harriet took care of their children and could only work part-time as a rape crisis counsellor. In the end she had to pay Lothian £28,000 to buy him out of the family home and finish the marriage. 

Lothian and his brother Murdoch were subject to an Inland Revenue investigation in 2000 after claiming the contents of their late mother’s Stirling home were worth a mere £5,000. This included antique furniture, jewellery, silver, paintings and pottery. It’s understood the Inland Revenue later valued the list at £300,000. But Harriet still wishes justice had been done for the assault she endured in 1996. She said: “Successive governments on both sides of the border have claimed to wage war on domestic violence. 

“There was an opportunity for the Scottish establishment to show there was substance behind the platitudes by taking action against a senior lawyer. But typically, they covered his back.” Now self-employed in horticulture, Harriet added: “I have to work extremely hard to make a living. Andrew’s disgrace has not made life any easier, but I feel vindicated.” 

Lothian served on the Glasgow bench from 1979 to 1992 before moving to Edinburgh. He’s expected to keep his £7,000-a-month pension. He was unavailable to comment on the allegations.

Sheriff accused of taking part in spanking and whipping session at sauna quits. A SHERIFF has sensationally quit after being accused of paying for spanking and whipping sessions with hookers. 
Andrew Lothian stood down after admitting he visited a sleazy sauna. His shock exit came after a prostitute told the Sunday Mail she was regularly paid £50 to whip him at Carol’s in Edinburgh. She claimed Lothian visited as recently as Wednesday, when he paid £180 for a threesome with her and another girl. Claims about the 66-year-old sheriff first emerged as police investigated the alleged blackmail of a Halifax Bank of Scotland worker. 

Two brothers charged with the crimes told officers they had video evidence of the sheriff with the hooker – who has been charged with the same blackmail plot. It is unclear when Lothian, who earned £125,000 a year, was first challenged about his vice sessions at the sauna in Easter Road, Leith. But on Friday he was confronted by bosses at a meeting and agreed to quit immediately. 

The Crown Office said: “Following allegations that were made on Friday about his private life Sheriff Andrew Lothian made the decision to retire with immediate effect.” The official website of Carol’s Sauna describes it as “Edinburgh’s best kept secret” and boasts it is run by a “charming local couple”. It adds: “The ladies here at Carol’s are a delightful selection and are predominantly Scottish. 

“Furthermore, each is keen to show their customers how much they appreciate their custom and will always give cl ients a fantastic welcome!” Pictures show a series of dingy bedrooms with mirrored walls. Owner Tom Punton last night said: “I don’t want to comment.” 

The hooker at the centre of the storm, a 30-year-old single mum from nearby Musselburgh, said: “The sheriff liked being whipped more than anything. “He paid £20 to get into Carol’s and he would pay me £50 . “I first met him two years ago after I started working there. “The other girls all knew him and they told me he was a sheriff. 

“It became a bit of a joke that we would need to get the whip out every time we saw him coming in. “He sometimes picked me, but he also chose other girls working on the same shift in the sauna. “I used to ask him if he was on his lunch hour but he was cagey about what he did for a living. 

“He didn’t realise it was well known among all the girls there. “One of them had seen him wearing his wig in court but we are told to be discreet and not to ask punters questions they don’t want to answer. “He was actually in on Wednesday. “He paid £180 for me and another girl. 

“He wanted us to put on a show for him then he joined in. “I know the police were made aware of what he’s been up to when they were investigating me and two other men for something else. “I know the men told the police they had a video of him with other prostitutes but I have never been spoken to by police about the sheriff.” Sauna customers are rarely prosecuted but owners can be convicted of living off immoral earnings. If he had remained on the bench, Lothian could have faced claims he risked a conflict of interest and left himself open to blackmail. 

A spokesman for Lothian and Borders police refused to comment. Sheriffs usually carry on until they are 70, which means Lothian is leaving his job four years early. Two days after his visit to Carol’s he spent his last day in Edinburgh Sheriff Court dealing with drink-driving, assault and fraud cases. He took over from Sheriff Alastair Noble in court five at around 10.30am and handled several cases. 

One involved a elderly man who pleaded guilty to obtaining £8000 in benefits to which he was not entitled. Others included a young woman who admitted punching a girl at a party and a man who admitted being drunk and driving his girlfriend’s car without having a licence or insurance. Lothian was accused in the mid-90s of beating his estranged first wife Harriet in the family home. In 1999 Harriet went public after she became angry at the Crown Office’s refusal to prosecute. 

In 2001 it emerged that Lothian used one of his own courts to try to have Harriet evicted from her home in the Borders. She claimed it was unfair his £100,000 civil action seeking the sale of the house was heard by a colleague of Lothian at Selkirk Sheriff Court, where he sometimes presided. Lothian was also once investigated by the Inland Revenue. 

It was claimed he failed to declare valuable paintings and antiques in order to avoid paying inheritance tax. The two brothers in the alleged blackmail plot are on remand awaiting trial after making a first appearance at Haddington Sheriff Court.

Connection between Hollie Greig & Dunblane Massacre

We all know that anything to do with the Dunblane Massacre has been suppressed for 100 years. Why would such a tragic event be kept under lock and key for such a long period of time? Was this sad event closely linked to a well establish peodophile ring in Aberdeen and was poor Hollie Greig part of this evil satanic group? So let’s try and unlocked this secret door and evaluate what went on behind it.

Whilst looking into this we should also bounce a few names around to see what exactly happened to the Scottish Legal System that once again failed. Why is it that anything that is linked to peodophilia is immediately brushed under the carpet? We can now move on to the Dunblane Massacre which occurred on the 13^th of March 1996 resulting in the death of 15 children, 1 teach and many injured. So what is the connection between this terrible tragedy and Hollie Greig? Both involved a ring of peodophiles and the offender Thomas Hamilton was himself a peodophile. The other connection being that of Freemasonry which in many cases is at the centre of such activity. The activities are not only evil and satanic but also reach the highest levels of sexual abuse. In many cases the poor victims succumb to internal scars both back and front….as was the case of Hollie Greig.

Perhaps this is a good opportunity to discuss the contents of a Sunday Herald that was removed from the archive section…..I wonder why?

After the Dunblane Massacre there was much correspondence between Labour and Tories regarding Thomas Hamilton alleged involvement with the Freemasons. The bulk of this correspondence is now sealed away for the next 100 years and yet again we have some clear pointers that this case should be re opened for further inquiry. On letter in particular linked in with Thomas Hamilton and was sent by George Robertson (Then head of NATO) and Michael Forsyth who was Secretary of State for Scotland…..as we have said so many times before….how high do you want to go?

It was first thought that this 100-year suppression had only been placed on one police report into Hamilton which allegedly named high-profile politicians and legal figures. The Sunday Herald investigation revealed that 106 documents, which were submitted to the Dunblane inquiry in 1996, were also placed under the 100-year rule.

The Scottish Executive has claimed the 100-year secrecy order was placed on the Central Police report, which was drafted in 1991 five years before the murders, to protect the identities of children named in the report. Hamilton had allegedly abused a number of children prior to his 1996 gun attack on Dunblane primary school in which 16 primary one children and a teacher died before Hamilton turned his gun on himself. It was interested to read this fact because the suppression in this case may well have saved their lives by bringing Hamilton and others to trial…….this sounds so familiar with the current situation with Hollie i.e. those offenders are still on the loose and the Sheriff of Aberdeen still holds his office.

One letter is listed as “Copy of letter from Thomas Hamilton to Dunblane parents regarding boys’ club, and flyer advertising Dunblane Boys’ Sports Club. Both sent to Rt Hon Michael Forsyth, MP, Secretary of State for Scotland, by George Robertson MP.” Also closed under the 100-year rule is a “submission to Lord James Douglas Hamilton, MP, Minister of State at the Scottish Office, concerning government evidence to the Inquiry.”

Another document relates to correspondence between the clerk of the Dunblane inquiry, which was presided over by Lord Cullen, and a member of the public regarding “possible affiliations of Thomas Hamilton with Freemasonry … and copy letters from Thomas Hamilton.”

SNP deputy justice minister, Michael Matheson, said: “The explanation to date about the 100 -year rule was that it was put in place to protect the interests of children named in the Central Police report. How can that explanation stand when children aren’t named? The 100-year rule needs to be re-examined with respect to all documents.”

Matheson also wrote to the then Lord Advocate, Colin Boyd (24 February 2000 until his resignation on 4 October 2006), asking why the 100-year rule applies and how it can be revoked. He didn’t get a response. He also asked the then First Minister Jack McConnell to explain the reasons for the 100-year order but received ‘no substantial answer’. Matheson wrote to Colin Boyd a second time, in the light of the discovery that more than 100 other documents are also sealed, asking him to account for the decision.

At the time a spokeswomen  for the Crown Office said: “In consultation with the Crown Office and the Scottish Office, Lord Cullen agreed that in line with the age of some of the individuals involved and named in the inquiry, the closure period would be 100 years. The Lord Advocate is considering issuing a redacted copy of the productions, which would blank out identifying details of children and their families. A decision on this has yet to be made.”

We can see time and time again that despite these probing request the Scottish Legal system suppressed all inquires not only regarding this Dunblame Massacre but also continue on in a similar way with Hollie Greig!!

Yes dear Kenny you have a lot to answer for !!

The Crown Office denied that they have been suppressed because they revealed links between the killer and a number of prominent Scots…….do you really believe that?

Charlie Clydesdale, whose daughter Victoria was killed, said “an explanation should be given. I would really like to see what was in it.”

Mr Clydesdale questioned the length of the ban and described his family’s frustrations. He said: “I’m not going to be around and my children aren’t going to be around. “I would really like to see what was in it, but I’m surprised there was one and shocked there was such a length of time put on it.”

Scottish National Party MSP Michael Matheson wants the ban reconsidered in light of the new freedom of information legislation and this “Secrecy order”

Mr Matheson said he has sought clarification from the Lord Advocate Colin Boyd QC. The MSP told BBC Scotland: “I think it’s surprising that in this day and age we find ourselves with 100-year secrecy order being applied to a police report.

“Keeping in mind that Cabinet papers are only classified for 30 years, I want to find out what the legal status of this act is. I am sure that we all agree with him that it is certainly time to break open this case, Hollie’s case and many other cases in Scotland to reveal the truth behind Scotland’s cover-up and how they are all inter related to a huge peodophile ring that I am sure stretches from Scotland all the way down to Westminster.

The MSP went on to say “There are more documents covered by the 100-year rule than this police report. Some of them have nothing whatsoever to do with children. We need to look at why such a lengthy ban has been imposed on them. “I have been contacted by a number of families affected by the tragedy who are anxious to ensure this information becomes public. And so far we have no guarantee that it will. We only have a review.”

The report banned under the 100-year rule was com piled by Paul Hughes, then a detective sergeant with Central Scotland police, and concerns Thomas Hamilton’s activities at a summer camp in Loch Lomond in 1991, five years before the shootings.

Selected extracts published during the Cullen inquiry revealed it recommended that Hamilton should be prosecuted for his activities at the summer camp and that he should have his gun licence revoked.

The report, however, was ignored. Although Lord Cullen referred to it in his inquiry, it does not feature in the index or appendices to his final report.

Consent from Lord Cullen is not needed to overturn his ruling. “The decision is a matter for the lord advocate,” said a crown office spokesman.

If the report is published – as now seems likely – the names of the politicians and lawyers it contains will not be blanked out.

“It is important we make available, if it is at all possible, any information that is available about people in the public eye,” said the Scottish first minister, Jack McConnell.

Sheriff Buchanan the centre of attention

There has been much speculation about the identity of the politicians in the report. It is known that in June 1996 Michael Forsyth, then Scottish secretary and MP for Stirling, congratulated Hamilton on running a boys’ club in Dunblane.

George Robertson, the then general secretary of NATO, withdrew his son from a club run by Hamilton amid concern about its militaristic nature.

No time frame has been given for the lord advocate’s review, but campaigners say he must publish it in as full a form as possible. “I don’t know whether this is cover-up or just a culture of secrecy, but we need to publish this report to put everyone’s minds at rest,” Mr Matheson said.

It would be extremely interesting to see a new drive by the “Hollie Army” to force the New Lord Advocate, Elish Agionlini, to open up all these related cases into a full public inquiry……”Don’t hold your breath.”

OPERATION ORE…PAEDOPHLIE COVER UP
Operation Ore, the United Kingdom’s most thorough and comprehensive police investigation of crimes against children, seems to have uncovered more than is politically acceptable at the highest reaches of the British elite.

In the 19th of January edition of The Sunday Herald, Neil Mackay sensationally reported that senior members of Tony Blair’s government were being investigated for paedophilia and the “enjoyment” of child-sex pornography:

“The Sunday Herald has also had confirmed by a very senior source in British intelligence that at least one high-profile former Labour Cabinet minister is among Operation Ore suspects. The Sunday Herald has been given the politician’s name but, for legal reasons, can not identify the person.

There are still unconfirmed rumours that another senior Labour politician is among the suspects. The intelligence officer said that a ‘rolling’ Cabinet committee had been set up to work out how to deal with the potentially ruinous fall-out for both Tony Blair and the government if arrests occur.”

The allegations are the most serious yet leveled at an administration that prides itself on the inclusion in its ranks of a high quota of controversial and flamboyant homosexual men, and whose First Lady, Cherie Blair, has come under the spotlight for her indulgence in pagan rituals that resemble Freemasonic rites. Unconfirmed information also suggests that the term “former Labour Cabinet minister” is misleading and that the investigation has identified a surprisingly large number of alleged paedophiles at the highest level of British government, including one very senior cabinet minister (known to Propaganda Matrix.com).

Don’t forget that the intelligence services are involved here, and Blair is anxious to ensure that the scandal does not rock the boat at a time when the country is about to go to war.”

In fact morale is reportedly quite low anyway, with service personnel throwing their vaccines into the sea en route to the battlefront and knowing how unpopular the war is with the British people. If you’re then told that the executive responsible for the conduct of the war is staffed by child-molesters … well, then Saddam suddenly looks like the sort of bloke with whom you can share a few tins [beer].”

[In an E mail to Paul Joseph Watson, Mike James identified his sources as “people I knew in London who used to work for the Treasury department throughout the 1980s, one being a private secretary at a senior level….my sources will definitely refuse to support my claims – both are doing extremely well financially and career-wise.”]

QUESTION: Who else was implicated in Mr. Hughes’ Production, which senior politician(S) is being sheltered by this cover-up and was named by Mr. Hughes, of Central Police, into Thomas Hamilton; listing all the charges to which he recommended consideration for prosecution?

QUESTION: Was there a case pending against a senior politician linking him with Thomas Hamilton and paedophile activities, which was suppressed ‘because’ of the election?

QUESTION: Did George Robertson MP., now Lord Robertson head of N.A.T.O., as is alleged, support the application for a Firearms Certificate for Thomas Hamilton, stating him to be a man ’suitable and of good character’. George Robertson was at the time an MP.

Should this be established?

QUESTION: Was George Robertson ‘leant on’ to make the support.

QUESTION: Would this explain the ‘over the top’ vociferous activities of George Robertson MP, AFTER the Dunblane tragedy, against legal firearms and in breach of The Bill of Rights and existing legal legislation.

QUESTION: What documents are being suppressed?

QUESTION: Was there any connection between any of the following e.g. membership of the same Masonic Lodge:

Thomas Hamilton, any Police Officer in the case, any Cabinet Minister, any MP or Lord Cullen?

QUESTION: Did then Sergeant, now Inspector, Hughes write a report [believed to be 7 pages long] condemning Hamilton as unsuitable as a Firearms Certificate holder.

QUESTION: Was Mr. MacMurdo, the Assistant Chief Constable of Central Police, responsible for the rejection of recommendations that Hamilton should not be issued a Firearms Certificate.

QUESTION: Why was Hamilton granted a Firearms Certificate when he was KNOWN to be of unsound and unstable character?

QUESTION: Why was this not shown in detail in Lord Cullen’s Report? Surely this was a major constituent point that such a Report should have addressed.

DEDUCTIONS: We believe we know the identities of ALL concerned in terms of incriminated by this information.

How can we enter into another election with so much filth and rot lying around?…….how can we ever trust another party who are prepared to hide what has happened in Aberdeen and so many other places in the United Kingdom? Who would you vote for?……I would strongly suggest that we all vote for someone totally unknown or an independent and shake these politicians at their very foundation.

I can sense the strength of Hollie Army and the way in which it continues to grow….this is a very clear indication that people power in the UK is coming of age and may for the first time ever open up a can of worms that will fill every media outlets around the world…..just think of that and how the strength of one little girl (now a women) Hollie and her mum Anne took on the establishment and won.

To the “Hollie Army” – Bless you all and I sincerely hope that in republishing the Hollie Greig story that 2013 may bring about some logical justice for dear Hollie and her mum Anne…..not forgetting Robert Green and many others  who has worked so tirelessly on this appalling case!!

Although this is the final part of the Hollie story their will be one more story that will give reference to Hollie Greig and another story regarding a guy called George Farquhar that so mysteriously has never been proven one way or the other……..that article will be the last on the topic of paedophilia.

At Scottish Government Cover-Up of Hollie Greig Part 7 (republished)

Hollie and Mum Anne at the Royal Courts of Jusice London for another failed attempt!!!

There is so much to write about…… the terrible abuse of a little Down Syndrome girl at the tender age of 6…..the murder of her dear uncle…..the lack of justice….the lack of media attention and the continuous harassment in trying to get this unbelievable story before the courts.

 It must bring to light the incredible strength of a mothers love for her daughter and her sheer determination to keep nibbling away at the very foundation of the Scottish Government and the failure of its justice system.

In some respects it becomes almost impossible not to become emotional as to how such a girl and her mum continue to deal with this fight against authority and peodophilia. The size of this problem is beyond imagination and reaches to the highest authority in all walks of life. One could even say it casts a shadow on the ability of politicians to be representative of their country and their respective regions.

 The followers of Hollie and this story continues to increase despite the lack of response from the gagged media. We are now approaching 18,000 and it is clear that this fight may well reach a successful conclusion and dear Hollie and her mum will have there day in court.

 In the meantime I continue to access information and continue my search for the truth. I am in touch with organisations in the US and elsewhere who deal with this particular subject and frantically search for more evidence and involvement. The priority at the moment is to secure a copy of the FBI’s British Peodophile list which was handed over to the UK police during the Blair regime but was suppressed because it named some very senior political figures.

We have heard that D Notices were served on the many media outlets but in actual fact this (if it was done) is totally illegal and can only be served by those authorised to do so and within certain parameters. This is a response in regard to a D Notice enquiry:

I wish to make it clear that there is absolutely no truth in the statement repeated in your e-mail below that the ‘Blair government…issued a D-Notice to gag the press from revealing the names of known paedophiles within the British executive’. No ‘D Notice’ advice has ever been issued in connection either with the Hollie Greig case or the naming of paedophiles, as these issues fall far outside Defence Advisory Notice concerns.  Those concerns deal only with the disclosure of national security information which falls within the guidelines set by the five Standing DA Notices

(see http://www.dnotice.org.uk). Moreover, the Government does not issue ‘D Notices’, I do. And I do so on behalf of the Defence Press and Broadcasting Advisory Committee, which is an independent body, composed of senior officials and media leaders, the latter being in the great majority.

As you can clearly see, as I have always thought, that naming names is in the interest of “National Security” and not against it.

 The reason for writing this statement is to draw attention to the UK Media that you are all falsely hiding behind some hidden agenda and it is for your own reasons that you choose not to make Hollie Greig’s story public and also withhold the FBI list of known peodophiles. I can  assure readers that if I obtain a copy of this document I  will publish it when I am in a position to do so. The Sunday Herald did receive a copy of this list as did other papers and so it is our intention to throw down the gauntlet and challenge you to stand up and be counted.

 So today is a very special day when Hollie and her mum Anne visit Berwick and meet with as many of her  Scottish supporters as is possible. Obviously some of the other supporter will make this very long journey. I myself wanted to be there but owing to my current sickness was not able to endure the drive……I also decided that putting out another story would be much more beneficial to the cause than spending hours driving such long distances. I believe that Hollie and her mum will organise another event in England so that the thousands of followers can meet up with this very brave couple.

 It is with much emotion that I rush this press release out in time for that special meeting that is taking place right on the border with Scotland….the very place that is gagging true justice. Scotland’s pride has been damaged by the terrible act against a defenceless girl and I am sure that being so close to the border will obviously annoy the Scottish Authority and the Grampian Police. In passing lets not forget that there are many other stories in Scotland just like Hollies that have been swept under the carpet….last but not least the Dunblane Massacre that is very much connected to this story.

I have much more to talk about on this issue and its is amazing how much information keeps drifting in without asking for it……the residents of Scotland are awaking to Hollies case as are the remaining people in the UK and it is for that reason that they feel obliged to pass on vital information not only to me but to other sources knowing it will get published.

I would urge people to continue to pass on any concerns or information to use so that we can continue to keep printing the story of peodophilia in Scotland until we have all nipped it in the bud!

Why are Politicians and Media so tight lipped – especially Kenny MacAskill MSP (Cabinet Secretary for Justice)

There  is much more to discuss on the Hollie Story but as promised in my last article I though I would break away from the main theme and discuss why all the Politicians and the Media remain so tight lipped? What is it that they fear?

  I guess this question is in two parts – is it fear from the Scottish Legal System and there associated lawyers such as Levy & McCrae and Simpson and Marwick or is it the fact that Peodophilia is rife in all political parties……one would have to look at the FBI list of British Peodophiles to get the answer to that, but I am sure we all have a pretty good idea as to who they are!

Let’s just dwell on the media gagging and look at the implications or should I say the lack of implications.

A member decided to do a small phone in to a couple of leading papers just to get a feel of the mood. The first one was a leading Scottish paper who during the conversation actually shot themselves in the foot. This was the basis of that conversation. The question was to the newsroom…”I would like to discuss with you a story I would like your paper to cover….it’s a story regarding peodophilia…its based around a case called Hollie Greig……have you heard of Hollie Greig”? The reply was “Yes I have”…”When is your paper going to publish this article”?…..The newsroom replied “Which article”….. “An article that I would hope your paper would wish to publish regarding the case of Hollie Greig” ……..the newspaper then asked “What is your connection to the case” ….. “What is my interest in the case?…..I am an interesting father….a human being”………. “One of getting on to 20,000 people up and down the country who are concerned about peodophilia of a young Down Syndrome woman for 14 years of her life…..that my interest”

The newpaper responded…… “Its a story we are aware of and it’s a story that we repeatedly get phone about, perhaps from yourself and one or two other people”..At this stage they shot them selves in the foot when the paper went on to say “ It’s very difficult for us to write a story saying a Sheriff is a convicted Peodophile without the newspaper being brought to court and sued and going out of existance. You will note here that we have not said that the Sheriff is a convicted Peodophile….all we have said is that, given the evidence so far, he would be classified as a potential offender pending investigation.

The conversation continued as follows….The paper concerned then said “That if the Sheriff concerned was found guilty of Peodophilia that a very different matter but we cannot go around slinging allegations around that are not backed up in a court of law…and until that’s the case its difficult for us to do anything” the person asking the questions then said “There is something called investigative reporting” the newspaper responded by saying “thank you for informing us of that, we are well aware of it that there is such a thing…however, if there is no basis, its not something that we can run, we are well aware of your campaign…were getting phone calls all the time for you but frankly we can’t run stories accusing people of things that are not backed up in law”……we then asked  “Don’t accuse them..it’s a simple point…do not accuse them…who’s accusing them?….the campaign is not about accusing so much …it’s about the fact that if people are not guilty…they do not surpress it…they come out and make a statement…that is the point.”

 The newspaper responded: “The other thing is that the Sheriff should come out and say I am not a peodophile”…..we then said “What I am saying in one form or another the Scottish Government should be saying…look we understand that there are many up and down the country who are concerned about this issue whom seem to have a belief or and understanding of what has been going on in this case and if their not bringing it to court then they must make a statement…because you know…I am just one and all I am doing is asking questions…I am saying why is my government if they have nothing to hide…..its like ID cards….the people you and me are told if you have nothing to hide you’ve got nothing to fear so then turn that on the government and say if you got nothing to hide you’ve got nothing to fear…but the government, Levy & McCrae etc etc seem to have one hell of a lot to fear….now all I am saying is, Ask the Question, its only questions, you cannot get sued for asking questions……the newspaper responded “By asking what questions”?….we then said asking what questions?….you are a reporter, you should know how to frame questions…the paper replied  “what question have you carried out a peodophile case”?…. “well yes we replied”…the newspaper then said “what if they replied no we haven’t…then were do we go from there”? we responded by saying “that’s not the point…the point is not what their answer is…the point is bringing it to the publics attention…that’s your job…the paper finally replied “I understand very well and also understand my job thank you very much…can I take your name again”?…we replied “Why are you so interested in my name”…they replied “Because I take an interest in the people that phone up the newspaper with a campaign that they want to promote….you told me earlier..what is your name again…etc etc

On can clearly see from thiattempt to get a leading newspaper to run this story that it was like talking to a brick wall……to even ask how one could do this shows the level of media training carried out in house…..the whole situation is an embarrassment to a leading newspaper!

 We then moved on with the next attempt to contact a leading British Newspaper…we were asked what it was about and then asked for the news desk…..the call was picked up by administration who was rather abrupt all the way through and had no intention of passing the call through to the news desk….the repeated comment was that you will have to write in……this person then hung up on the caller…..it was obvious that this paper had something to fear!

Another call was made to another well know British newspaper and asked to speak with the editor or the news desk……initially we got the answer phone….rang again. Eventually after a long delay got the news desk…the person identified who there were and the following was said “Iam calling up today with respect to the Hollie Greig issue, now Iam just calling to ask you for the, you know, this thing is going to just explode very soon”….. the news desk interupted “ On what issue”?… “The Hollie Greg issue…the news desk repeated back the wrong name and again it was repeated “The Hollie Greig issue”….the news desk responded “Hollie Graig..oh right yes”…we confirmed “yes the Hollie Greig…is that an issue..ha ha ”? So basically you know, at the end of the day this thing is going to explode”

 “The Palestine Telegraph is churning out the detail on the case and there are potentially one or two other newspapers that are interested in it…now what I am trying to understand is why your newspaper would not wish to cover this story”?…there was then a deathly silence and the person came back saying … “I am completely confused…I don’t quite understand what you are talking about”?…the newspaper was then asked… “Well you’ve heard of the Hollie Graigcase, Yes?…in Aberdeen”? the newspaper responded… “No I haven’t”

Our response was “Oh I see…ok…well…..it may be of interest to you then….the Hollie Greig in Aberdeen is or was a young Down Syndrome girl of 6 years of age…and for fourteen years of her life…she’s now 30….it’s on going at the moment..fourteen years of her life she was serially raped..her father started it and seemingly there was a peodophile ring within the Grampian region..now that peodophile ring seems to stretch into..it seems to..it is alleged to stretch into areas of the Scottish Government…now as you can probably understand there’s a lot of media outlets that just do not want to touch this story….however, they gave all kinds of reasons which really don’t stack up, those reasons being that no one has actually been charged guilty in the case …at this stage the newspaper interrupted and said “I have now looked at it and to be honest its not one for us but thank you very much indeed”…we responded “OK, can I ask why?….at this point the newspaper hung up on the caller!

A final well known paper was then contacted…it was answered by the news desk who asked “what could I do for you”? “I’m just calling to ask whether you are looking at and considering anything on the Hollie Greig story”?..the reply “no were not at the moment I’m afraid no”….our response was “Why is that”?….the reply…”Right well I’m sorry do we have to give you a reason”?….our reply “No, but I’m just thinking in terms of you published stories on Madelein McCann” …the news desk interrupted….. “I tell you why and this is not a definite why..because at the end of the day the Editors decision is always final….two different police investigations have cleared the people involved that have been named by certain parties that’s why”…or reply “ They’ve cleared them”?….the reply “Yes two different police investigations”……..

We again asked “But have you looked into the”….again we were interrupted with the response “It is not our job to do that…it’s the polices job to do that…not us…were reporters…our response again “Yes I know, I know but having said that”…again interrupted “We do not investigate crimes we report crimes we do not investigate”….again they were asked “So you do not do investigative reports”?. the response..”We do it on certain occasions but not when it comes to things like that…..when you are talking about child abuse etc no we don’t do that no”…..that something the police should deal with”…..again out question…”  “It’s interesting can I say because you did it with a chap I cant remember his name off hand but he did it in 2005 and 2008 followed the story about a guy”….again the paper interruptedand said “I’m not getting into this we are not planning on doing anything on Hollie Greig..ok”?…..we said “What about the terrorism for instance that you have reported on in the past”?….they replied “ Sir I am not going to get into…you’ve asked me a question and I’ve told you we are not planning on running anything on Hollie Grieg..ok”….we replied “Yes I knowbut”. again interupted “OK “ we continue………

“The reasons for it are because you are not”…again interupted “We do not have to give you a reason for it sir I’m afraid”…by this time conversation was getting somewhat difficult and again our response “ You don’t”?…..they said “there are plenty of stories that are good ones and we don’t have to give reasons….that’s not the business of newspapers”…our response continued “So what is your business then”?…..”sigh I’m not getting into this with you” again our contact comment was “Hang on”…..they then closed off by saying “I think we have helped you as much as we can” to which our response was that I don’t think you have helped me at all”….they closed down by saying “I’m sorry you feel that way but we are not planning on running anything on Hollie Graig…I have answered your question…sorry about that ok…thankyou goodbye and hung up!

 My thanks go out to the person that carried out these interviews…it was so vital to try to understand the mindset of the media in Britain….and we rang some of the most leading papers in the country.

One newspaper is reporting on one aspect of this story on the question of gagging. The Press and Journal said the following today:

 “Sheriff gets court order to silence abuse claim”

An Aberdeen sheriff has obtained a gagging order against a would-be MP who has accused him of abusing a young, disabled girl. The sheriff’s lawyers, Edinburgh-based Simpson and Marwick, have now successfully applied to the Court of Session in Edinburgh for an interim interdict preventing Mr. Green from continuing his campaign. The interdict also prevents Mr. Green from claiming that the sheriff was involved in the “murder” of Hollie’s uncle, Robert Greig, who died in a car fire in 1997. Yesterday however we read the following in the same paper:

FREEDOM of speech is one of the most closely-guarded of the rapidly-dwindling rights of British citizens. The right to speak one’s mind without fear of being thrown into a prison cell is a fundamental component of democratic society.

That being the case, it is inevitable that people will, on occasions, abuse that right, subjecting innocent people to wild and highly-damaging accusations. Such would appear to be the position with regard to Aberdeen sheriff Graham Buchanan, who has been forced to seek a court interdict preventing the lay adviser to a young disabled girl from publicly accusing him of abusing her and of participating in the death of her uncle, who was found dead in a burning car.

Whilst talking on the media…..we at the Palestine Telegraph came under a massive attack that took down our web this morning…..the technicians managed to get it working…sort of…but again it was under attach and has been all day……I can disclose that the offender had an IP address of 195.224.127.34 and someone had reason to believe it was in Basingstoke…..however when I check myself it came up as Central London…..I asked the Director to report this to the police as it is a crime…they have a computer investigation section and to find an IP is a very basic exercise for them…..just for the record we were given an Incident Number which is CM 1903895/10 19/3/2010…..don’t hold your breath hey?…..so this is still ongoing so

We at the Palestine Telegraph hope this does not go on too long and we hope you will stand by us during this difficult time.

We can also now look at the tight lipped political sector who have all totally ignored not only the Palestine Telegraph but also the numerous emails from the “Hollie Army”……I have copied all my articles to Brown, Cameron and Clegg as well as to a few other prominent members…….I have also written many many times to Ester Rantzen and again no response. Here are a couple of my latest emails to Salmond, Brown and Rantzen as an example:

Dear First Minister

I am shocked that you have not attempted to become involved in the terrible case of Hollie Greig. We are looking at the satanic rape of an innocent girl from the age of 6 years for a period of 14 years. She was gang raped by not only her father and brother but also by a greater peodophile ring in the City of Aberdeen and you have been made aware of this case. My question to you as the First Minister for Scotland is why have you not become involved in this case or any other member of the Scottish Government.

This will not go away and our numbers are growing to reach around 20,000 by this weekend. I strongly urge you to nip this in the bud without delay and open up this Hollie Case as soon as possible.

Scottish Government Cover up of Hollie Greig Part 5 (republished)

Scottish Legal System 2nd rejection of Hollie Greig Case

In my last article we talked about the rejection by the legal system in Scotland of Hollie’s initial story. However, as one would assume the determination of a mother never gives up on such matters so Hollie’s mum Anne decided to pursue this case further owing to the involvement of many other peodophiles in the Aberdeen area.

She eventually managed to get Grampian Police to come down to Shropshire to carry out and interview with Hollie and Anne sat in another room close by and listening to the questions and answers etc. Anne was of the opinion that this interview did not go far enough and certainly did not involve Anne to any extent, despite the fact that she was also central to this story.

As one would expect the District Procurator Fiscal Service wrote back to Anne and for the second time rejected this case. This is a copy of the wording to that letter and the actual letter is held on file by the Palestine Telegraph: This letter is written by Stephen McGowen – District Procurator Fiscal in Aberdeen.

Dear Mrs Greig 04 December 2009

In September of this year, your daughter Hollie was interviewed by officers of the Grampian Police in Shropshire and provided a statement in which she alleged that she have been sexually abused. Prior to September, other allegations had been made by Hollie and by you of her behalf.

In light of Hollie’s most recent statement, I have undertaken a detailed and careful review of all allegations and any other material which is available in support of them. As District Procurator Fiscal for Aberdeen it is my duty to oversee the investigation of crime in Aberdeen and to ensure that within the principles of Scot law criminals are brought to justice. You will understand that under these principals, criminal proceedings can be initiated by the prosecutor where the behaviour alleged is a crime and can be proved to have been committed by the accused, by corroborated evidence. In essence, that means that, evidence from two independent sources is required.

Having reviewed all of the circumstance of Hollie’s case, including Hollie’s statements and all other available evidence, a report was prepared for the consideration of Crown Counsel. The conclusion is that there is insufficient evidence to allow criminal proceedings to be taken against any person in respect of the allegations.

During the course of this investigation, it has been alleged by others that the Lord Advocate, Elish Angiolini QC, had in some way covered up Hollie’s allegations. These allegations are unfounded and this has been supported by a careful scrutiny of the case. All key decisions in relation to prosecution in Hollie’s case in 2000 and 2001 were taken before or after the Lord Advocate’s time as Regional Procurator Fiscal in Grampian and were taken by other senior prosecutors, not the Lord Advocate. In addition the Lord Advocate has not had any involvement in the recent decision by Crown Counsel that there should be no criminal proceedings.

I realise that this decision to take no proceedings will be a disappointment to you but I can assure you that all the available information has been given the most careful consideration.

It was around this time that Robert Green, a Journalist, became involved on this case and agreed to help Anne in the capacity of an Investigative Journalist. Robert, with his reporting experience decided to act on Anne and Hollies behalf and seek the truth behind this terribly sad story. After carrying out his own review of Hollie’s ordeal and listening to her mum, Robert decided that there was certainly a case to answer and started his own campaign to seek justice for Hollie.

He wrote to the Procurator Fiscal Service in order to obtain for himself a satisfactory response as to what had been done and also attempted to obtain information under the freedom on information act. It became apparent to Robert that this investigation was not only extremely sub standard but also didn’t include extending inquiries to Hollie or other possible victims.

This now comes down to the next response from the same office and the same person Stephen McGowan who wrote the following response to Robert Green. Copy of this letter is held by Palestine Telegraph.

Dear Mr Green 19th January 2010-03-18

Hollie Greig

Thank you for your letter of 12 December 2009 in which you request copies of all documentation relating to “this investigation,” as you have described it, under the Freedom of Information Act.

I confirm that this information is now held in my office in relation to different allegations made to Grampian Police by Hollie Greig in May 2000, July 2001 and 2009. I consider that this information is exempt for release in terms of section 34(1)(a)(i) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 because it is held for the purpose of an investigation to ascertain whether a person should be prosecuted.

This exemption is not an absolute exemption and I must therefore consider, in terms of section 2 of the Act, whether the public interest in disclosure of the information requested is outweighed by the public interest in maintaining the exemption.

While the public interest must be assessed in the context of each individual case, generally speaking the following factors should be considered. The Court in Scotland traditionally place great weight upon any assertion of the Crown that is not in the public interest for certain documents to be disclosed except when, in exceptional circumstances, it is required in the interests of justice. In particular, a high degree of confidentiality has always been attached to police reports and reports to Crown Counsel. The Courts have indicated that the most important safeguard is a guarantee against publication. This applies whether or not proceedings have been taken and the confidentiality exists in order to secure absolute candour and freedom in consideration of evidence.

In all of these circumstances, I have concluded that to disclose the information which you have requested would jeopardise the freedom and candour with which the police communicate with the Procurator Fiscal and the consideration of that information by the police and the prosecutors. I have therefore decided that the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing this information. On this basis, I am refusing to release this information you have requested.

If you believe that the decision not to release the information is wrong, you have the right to request a review. Your request should be made within 40 working days of receipt of this letter.

If you require a review of my decision to be carried out, please write to Ann Currie, Area Procurator Fiscal, Procurator Fiscals’ Office, Atholl House, 84-88 Guild Street, Aberdeen, AB11 6QA.

Any review would be carried out by staff not involved in the making of the original decision. If our decision is unchanged following a review and you remain dissatisfied with this, you than have the right to make a formal complaint to the Scottish Information Commissioner.

As we can see the Scottish Legal System is well and truly stitched up in that one protects the other. However what came out of the second knock back was the fact that Elish Angiolini was certainly very much involved in this case from the time she took office to the time she became Lord Advocate…..this was over a period from 27th July 2000 – 5th October 2006. One can also be rest assured that with her being involved in this case she would have looked over the case all the way through whilst she is holding her current office of Lord Advocate……..wouldn’t you monitor such a case if you were implicated in it? The legal system in Scotland is a disgrace, especially in relation to this case.

I also want to point out that they refer to the fact that at least two people must be involved in order to press charges…..my question would be why haven’t the other children that were abused by this satanic gang of peodophiles been interviewed and why wasn’t Anne herself able to give her evidence in listening to her daughter tell the story in such very fine detail. There are so many flaws in this case that keep coming up which implicate the authorities that are supposed to care for people and the Mental Health etc…..the list is endless.

In Part 6 we will look at more information relating to this case as well as a small survey we undertook to ascertain as to why the media were not interested in publishing this story. The response was not only startling but also in some cases rather blunt in that they knew about the case but wouldn’t discuss it, with the usual response of slamming the phone down on us. Stay tuned to this sad but extremely interesting story……and remember…. to the international media such a story would be a number one scoop……unfortunately we have to name and shame the Scottish Media and the British Media for their silence on this matter.

Again our group is growing each and every day and soon we will hit 20,000 or more. The tide is about to turn and I can assure you that the newspapers can report this by repeating the articles that have been published by the Palestine Telegraph. This is normal practice in international media……I guess one could say that we have an exclusive and we certainly appreciate that this story does constitute as being a “Scoop” for our team.

I will  continue to  print the truth and do not fear such people as big bully Peter Watson of Levy & McRae. Maybe some newspaper or other media are extremely interested in this story….you are welcome to talk to me.

Would-be MP banned from making paedophile allegations
Sheriff gets court order to silence abuse claim ……….

The Press and Journal have just released the first story on the Hollie Case which states that an Aberdeen sheriff has obtained a gagging order against a would-be MP who has accused him of abusing a young, disabled girl. Sheriff Graham Buchanan was forced to resort to legal action after Robert Green continued to spread the allegations against him, despite two separate police investigations finding there was no truth in them.

The sheriff’s lawyers, Edinburgh-based Simpson and Marwick, have now successfully applied to the Court of Session in Edinburgh for an interim interdict preventing Mr. Green from continuing his campaign. The interdict also prevents Mr. Green from claiming that the sheriff was involved in the “murder” of Hollie’s uncle, Robert Greig, who died in a car fire in 1997.

The Press and Journal went of the say: The Court of Session interdict, granted by Lord Emslie, bans Mr. Green from communicating false and defamatory statements about the sheriff at Aberdeen Sheriff Court or anywhere else in Scotland. The false statements are listed in papers as:

· That the sheriff was involved in sexually abusing Hollie Greig.

· That the sheriff has been involved in covering up the sexual abuse.

· That he was involved in the “murder” of Hollie Greig’s uncle, Robert Greig.

Hollie claims she was abused for 14 years from the age of six and has given police the names of some of the men she says assaulted her. The 30-year-old and her mother, Anne, have been campaigning for criminal proceedings since 2000.The abuse is alleged to have taken place in Aberdeen, and Hollie and her mother claim to have made a statement at Bucksburn police station in July that year naming those allegedly involved.

Despite no charges ever being brought, Hollie received £13,500 compensation from the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority in April last year.

I would like to congratulate The Press and Journal for excellent reporting even if they are somewhat restricted as to what they can write about…. Shame on the rest of the Scottish media

Scottish Government Cover up of Hollie Greig Part 4 – The Scottish Legal System rejects Hollie (republished)

If you can recall we covered the terrible cover up of Robert Greig’s so called suicide which now appears to be a very convincing case of murder His extensive injuries would indicate that he was severely beaten/kicked, placed in his car and then set alight. We must remember that the car had not been involved in an accident and therefore such injuries could not have been as a result of a crash or be self inflicted.

In another article we revealed some letters that were sent advising those concerned of the terrible ordeal that Hollie had endured. It was as a result of Robert Green becoming involved in the Hollie case that things started to move along. Robert communicated with many people and so now we can turn to the response from some of those people. One must take note that the person at the centre of these communications is Elish Angiolini and any such response from her office becomes her direct responsibility. Here is the wording of a letter dated 17^th of November 2009 that was sent from John Logue, Head of Policy Division – Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service – Crown Office Edinburgh.

Dear Mr Green,

I refer to your correspondence  of 27^th July, 2 and 21^st August, 9th and 18^th September 2009 to the First Minister, together with your letter of the 25^th August and 26^th October to the Lord Advocate and letters of the 2^nd and 10^th September, and 5^th October to Mrs Currie, the Area Procurator Fiscal for Grampian regarding allegations of sexual abuse perpetrated against Hollie Graig. Please treat this response as a reply to all of these matters.

You have been concerned of the recent safety of Anne and Hollie Greig in Shropshire following an incident which occurred at their home. I understand that this has been reported West Mercia Police Force. Jurisdiction over the investigation of alleged crime committed in England is a matter for the local police force involved.

You have also expressed concern over any involvement which the Lord Advocate may have in this case in light of comments you have made about the Lord Advocate’s involvement in the case when she was the Regional Procurator Fiscal for Grampians, Highlands and Islands.

I should make it clear that your correspondence refers to allegations of abuse by a number of named individuals who have never been reported to the Procurator Fiscal for consideration of prosecution. Grampian Police submitted a report in 2000 to the Procurator Fiscal containing allegations against one person only. In that case there was insufficient evidence in law to prosecute. Accordingly the Procurator Fiscal had no proper basis to bring a prosecution and instructed that no criminal proceedings be commenced.

The Lord Advocate was not in post as Regional Procurator Fiscal when this decision was made. While you have provided a copy of a letter to her from Brian Adam MSP dated 27^th October 2000, that correspondence is dated after her appointment as Regional Procurator Fiscal  and suggests nothing to indicate personal involvement by the Lord Advocate in the decision taken before her appointment. It is clear from the available records that the decision was taken on evidential grounds alone. There is, therefore, no basis for you to claim that the Lord Advocate was involved in any way in a decision which pre dated her taking up post as Regional Procurator Fiscal.

The Procurator Fiscal at Aberdeen has recently reviewed  the original decision taken in this case and it remains clear from the available records that, standing the extent of the available evidence and the requirement for corroboration in Scotland, there was no basis on which to prosecute any person and no scope whatsoever for any other decision to have been taken.

There is accordingly, absolutely no foundation for any assertion that the decision taken in this case was based on a consideration of any improper conduct or that the decision was subject to any improper influence by anyone.

It is widely known that it has been a long standing and personal commitment of the Lord Advocate to tackle the challenges faced in bringing to justice those who commit sexual crimes and in this regard she has introduced  significant reforms to the way in which sexual  crimes in Scotland is investigated and prosecuted. The suggestion that she would be party to any attempt to pervert the course of justice in any case is extremely serious and profoundly defamatory.

Furthermore, comment has been made about the fact that a claim by the complainer in this case criminal injuries compensation has succeeded. It is important to note that standard of evidence required to bring a prosecution is very different to that required to establish a claim for criminal injuries compensation. Proof to the criminal standard in Scotland requires that the crime and the identity of the perpetrator are each proved by at least two sources of evidence and beyond reasonable doubt. In establishing a claim for criminal injuries compensation, corroboration is not required and the crime need only be proved on the balance of probabilities. Furthermore, a claim for criminal injuries compensation may succeed providing it is established that the complainer has been the victim of crime which means that a claim succeed even where it is not possible to prove the identity of the perpetrator. For these reasons you will see that it is possible to establish for the purposes of a claim for criminal injuries compensation that a complainer has (on the balance of probabilities) been the victim of crime in circumstances in which there is insufficient evidence to prove the crime against any individual according to the much higher standard required by the criminal law in Scotland.

The Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service is committed to the thorough investigation of allegations of sexual abuse and the prosecution of such cases where there is sufficient evidence to prosecute and where prosecution is in the public interest. Where sufficient evidence to prosecute is identified and it is in the public interest to prosecute there will be a prosecution.

As your concerns have been addressed on several occasions, The Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service does not intend to correspond with you further on this unless you raise points which have not been previously addressed.

It should be pointed out at this stage that Elish Angiolini became the Regional Procurator Fiscal for the Grampians, Highlands and Islands on the 27^th of July 2000 and remains in that office until her appointment to Lord Advocate on the 5^th of October 2006.

In relation to comments made in the letter above lets just review who was where and in what office at the time of the bulk of the allegations made to the police in 2000.

In 2000 Anne was violently abused by her husband after she commenced checking the background to her brother Roberts mysterious death and the money paper trail that he had left behind (these aspect were covered in the last article). As a result of this outburst and the injuries sustained by Anne she decided to take Hollie and move into a hostel. In June 2000 Hollie started to reveal to her mum her father sexual abuse and also by her brother Greg, This abuse by her father Denis Charles Mackie had been going on since the age of six.

Anne decided to go to Bucksburn Police Station in Aberdeen and report the details has described to her by Hollie. Later that Summer Hollie revealed to her mum that the sexual abuse extended well beyond that of her Husband and Son Greg. Anne again contacted Bucksburn police and on the 25^th of August 2000 attended the police station with Hollie to make the allegations.

What is very clear here is the fact that the main bulk of the reporting was carried out after Elish Angiolini had taken office as the Regional Procurator Fiscal (27^th July 2000) who was also based in Aberdeen. Despite the arrogant wording of the above letter it is very clear as to whose shoulders this case rested on. It was Elish Angiolini who shelved this case probably to protect the Sheriff of Aberdeen Graeme Buchanan who is central to this abuse. One must also understand that this case involved many people in Aberdeen covering the Grampian Police Force – Education – Health Care – Mental Health – City of Aberdeen Council etc.

It is extremely pitiful that most of those connected with Scotland’s legal system are an absolute disgrace to their profession namely Kenny MacAskill MSP (Cabinet Secretary for Justice), Elish Angiolini (Lord Advocate), Graeme Buchanan (Sheriff of Aberdeen), Peter Watson (Solicitor Advocate) of Levy & McRae in Glasgow….the latter having been awarded Solicitor of the Year 2008. We cannot leave this list without adding the entire Scottish Parliament, Alex Salmond (The First Minister for Scotland), the Grampian Police, Aberdeen City Council and all the associated partners – Welfare/Social Services – Mental Health etc who dealt with this appalling case of sexual abuse.

What is sad about this entire episode is the fact that Peter Watson had an impeccable paper trail of success before allowing himself to be dragged into this grime. I would assume that Levy & McRae will be in full damage control at the moment in the hope that this nightmare will go away……if I were in their shoes I would shed Peter Watson and make a full apology for the manner in which he disgraced the name of Levy & McRae and even possibly assist Hollie and the other victims to bring their cases to court for a successful conclusion.

Moves are in place to obtain the assistance of a very well known International Lawyer so someone should be taking note of this case and respecting Hollie’s right to justice. For those that choose to arrogantly go down the same path then beware we are on to you and it’s only a matter of time.

Scottish government cover-up of Hollie Greig, part 3 – The death of Robert Greig (republished)

In my previous article I discussed the initial notification to the Grampian Police and their response in regard to Hollies allegations. Before moving on into the final part of this terrible story we must look at another family tragedy when Anne lost her Brother Robert under very suspicious circumstances.

Anne was preparing for Hollies 18^th Birthday and Robert came around for a visit. Anne eventually had to nip out and told Robert. That was the last time that Anne saw her brother. On the 17^th of November 1997 long before any of this had erupted Robert was found dead in his burnt out car on the outskirts of Aberdeen,

Anne received a knock at the door at around 2130 and found two policemen at her door. They asked Anne if she was the sister to Robert to which she replied yes and the policeman then requested if they could step inside. They then reported to Anne that her Brother Robert had been found in a burnt our car etc.

Anne eventually went to see the coroner regarding the death of her brother to be told that they had found a length of pipe besides the car (which was not attached) and indications show that he was two and a half times over the limit and that they suspected suicide. Anne obviously was extremely upset and couldn’t imagine that Robert would do this. She later checked her brothers bank transactions and noticed that he had only put 5 pounds worth of petrol in the car, which to Anne was normal for the small amount of running around he did. She did however think that if he had wanted to carry out this act he would have fuelled his car much more. She was not shown the autopsy report and only received a death certificate, with the cause of death being smoke inhalation and not carbon monoxide poisoning that one would associate with the pipe etc.

One year on she received a call from the undertakers to say that Roberts’s funeral had still not been paid for and that she would be put on their Black List. She was shocked to learn this and immediately contacted Ian MacDougall as to why….he said he would look into it.

What should be pointed out here was that the instructions in the will would reveal that the main bulk of any monies would be paid to Anne and her Husband and any residue would go the children. It transpired that the funeral was eventually paid out of the children’s money and there were clear signs that some sort of fraud had taken place. Anne decided to investigate this and started to take photocopies of all the dealings. It was at this stage that her husband beat her up very badly and this caused Anne to leave home with Hollie and go to stay at a hostel.

Hollie had revealed to Anne after her brother’s death that Uncle Robert had walked in on them one day and caught her father interfering with her. He had warned her father that he must never lay a finger on Hollie ever again. Anne tried to ask Hollie when had this taken place and it would appear it was after their return from Canada in September of 1997. Anne worked out that her brother actually found out only weeks before his death, which caused Anne to investigate further.

It became obvious to Anne that Robert knew too much and may have died because of this. She tried to obtain the Autopsy report but without success and it was only on New Years Eve 2009 that she managed to obtain the report. She didn’t want to read it as it was New Years Eve celebrations but she decided to take a look.

She was shocked to read that Robert had a fractured skull, broken ribs and a broken Sternum which is extremely strong and difficult to break.It became apparent to Anne that her brother had been brutally attacked and then dumped in the car before it was set alight. The autopsy revealed that he was still alive at that stage and that burning plastic had dropped onto his legs etc. The report also found brown liquid in his stomach which apparently was Whiskey, which Robert hated.

We can see a major cover up on all fronts and no one can do anything about it because Scotland is controlled by Alex Salmond and by two powerful legal supporters, namely, The Cabinet Secretary for Justice – Kenny MacAskill and The Lord Advocate for Scotland – Elish Angiolini. These three partners in crime are totally aware of the Hollie Case including the mystery behind the death of Robert Greig and do absolutely nothing. It is clear that should Hollie’s case move forward this could cause the current Scottish Government to collapse.

The manipulation by MacAskill, Angiolini and one of the offenders, Aberdeen  Sheriff Buchanen is obscene to say the least and all should be removed from office without delay pending a full inquiry (don’t hold your breath). One should also add that Peter Watson, Levy & McCrae, solicitors has also played a major role in gagging those that may want to talk about this case and is a disgrace to his profession.This is a “Name and Shame”  list of all those informed to date by various people and still they all sit on their hands and do nothing. Delegates from over 80 countries including national human rights institutions (NHRIs), international and regional experts, United Nations officials, government representatives, civil society and business organisations will discuss human rights issues on the theme of Business and Human Rights, and the role national institutions can play in improving human rights in a globalised world.  It will be the first time an official United Nations-supported event has taken place in Scotland.

I am sure you would all agree that if the Hollie Case does not come before the courts by the time this event takes place….we will all know where to hold a protest.

It would be impossible, given normal circumstances, for this case not to be before the courts based on current available evidence. The big question now is can we all continue to maintain the pressure in order to gain a result. The pressure must remain relentless and timely protests should be maintained. There is extremely good international support now and I believe we are close to having some sort of action in the pipeline that will force this out into the open.

Remain strong and with your determination we can turn this around…..we owe this to Hollie and her mum and not forgetting dear Uncle Robert who paid for his life as a result of knowing too much.

Scottish government cover-up of Hollie Greig, part 2: notification of crime & reaction (republished)

In Part 1 of this series we covered the general overview of the Hollie Greig story as told by Robert Green. We will now continue by explaining the initial notification to the Grampian Police and to other authorities and events that followed after this initial response.

It was back in 2000 that Hollie’s mum had been beaten by her husband and she decided to leave him and went to a hostel with Hollie. It was whilst they were alone together in the hostel that Hollie told her mum that they had to go and get the dogs. Anne said not to worry we will get the dogs but Hollie insisted that they go otherwise he will kill her two pet dogs. Anne then started to question Hollie on this issue and the story of abuse slowly came out. Apparently her father used this tool as a leverage for him to carry out his activities…..he had also told Hollie that he would also kill her mum. Hollie by this time was 20 years old.

The next day Hollie’s Carer came around and so Anne decided to discuss this with her. Anne was shocked with her response to the story…..it later came out that the Carer was part of the ring of peodophiles.

Anne then decided to take Hollie to the Bucksburn Police station in Aberdeen to report the incident. At this stage it was only concerning the abuse by her father. Hollie spent around three days with the police who cross examined her over her sexual abuse. Hollie had told the police that her father had started doing this when they were on holiday in Brazil which meant that this was when she was only 6 years old. The police had not given any feedback to Anne during or after the three day’s questioning. Brian Adam MSP also wrote a letter to Elish Angiolini (the Procurator Fiscal in Aberdeen) as an introduction to Hollie’s case. This letter is shown at the end of this article.

Anne had been at the hostel from May – 10^th of July 2000 and eventually was given accommodation by Aberdeen Council and some weeks after this Anne received a call from the Procurator Fiscal’s Office at 6-30pm on night to say that they were sorry, that it wasn’t because they did not believe Hollie but the evidence provided was not substantial and the case would not be going to court.

Anne continues talking to Hollie over the summer break and it was then that the involvement with others started to come out. Hollie had said that her brother was also involved. It appeared that her brother was first sexually abused by the father and that he had then become a peodophile and part of the ring. Apparently Anne’s son had been involved in some other incident in Aberdeen but got away with it after the case was handled by a lawyer called Buchanan. This lawyer himself was involved in the paedophile ring and later became the Sheriff of Aberdeen (the office he still holds to this day).

Anne then decided to speak with the police officer involved in Hollie’s case and asked if there was an expert that Hollie could be referred but the police notified Anne that there was no funding for this. Anne became very upset about this and told the officer that if he didn’t have the funding then she would do this herself. This cost Anne between 600-700 pounds to get hold of a doctor (DR. Jack Boyle) in Glasgow where Hollie was interview. The doctor eventually wrote a full report and told Anne that her daughter had described to him that Hollie had been subject to sexual activity etc.

On the 25^th of August 2000 Anne went back to the police station to tell them about these other people in the hope that something would come out of this. Anne was now aware that many people were involved covering the Sheriff of Aberdeen – Buchanan, police officer involved in forensics, fireman, accountant, lawyer, oil engineer, women etc all amounting to around 14 people approximately. At times it would appear that Hollie was subjected to what can only be described as “Gang Rape.”

Anne eventually managed to access Hollie’s Medical Reports and found out that back in 1990 a Dr.Paul Carter who was connected to the Children Hospital in Aberdeen and Hollie’s school had reported to her GP and Headmaster that Hollie had contracted a sexually transmitted disease. Anne was never told about this despite the fact that Hollie was only 9 years old at the time. No action was taken on this issue which would indicate some sort of cover up.  Two years later in 1992 her teacher reported to Dr. Carter that Hollie was showing signs of sexual abuse because she was pelvically thrusting. This was also reported to her GP and Headmaster and again Anne was never told. .

The Police also accessed her medical notes and Anne spoke with an Inspector Dowell who was asked if he had read Hollie’s medical notes…..the Inspector stated that he had not read them personally to which Anne said “I think you should” and went on to describe to him that at the age of 9 Hollie had a Sexually Transmitted Disease and in 1992 was showing signs of sexual abuse and that nothing had been done about it.  The fact that Hollie was in a Specialist School one would have thought that any wrong doings would have involved notification of the parents. It became very clear that one big cover up was going on here.

It later became known to Hollie’s mum that the Headmaster was known to the Policeman and his wife who were all involved in the Paedophile Ring. Hollie later told her mum that the headmaster had sexually abused her also. One has to understand not only the size of the ring of Paedophiles but also the level of sexual abuse that took place. Hollie was subject to being raped both back and front. Hollie complained of pain in her bottom and a medical check was carried out which revealed damage etc.

To recap on this story we have all of the above being reported to the Grampian Police….the list of offenders, list of other victims and the medical records and still the police did nothing. The Procurator Fiscal Office had said they couldn’t do anything. Later that summer Anne and Hollie went back to the police station and they were both separated from each other. Anne was interviewed by Leanne Davidson and a Police Sergeant and she explained what Hollie had told her and Davidson took her statement. After Anne had finished she joined up with Hollie who was sitting with Nicolla Foot (a Social Worker) and Hollie was crying. Mum told Hollie not to worry and took her for her favourite meal at Mc Donalds but Hollie was too upset to eat it.

Anne took Hollie home and on the way Hollie told her mum that the Social Worker had stuck a needle in her leg. Anne immediately went back to the police station and told them what had happened.  Leanne Davidson said she would try and get a police doctor. They both waited for two and a half hours only to be told that they couldn’t find a police doctor so they would have to go home.

Anne managed to get an appointment with a new local GP who refused to do a blood test as in her opinion it was not necessary. The doctor did suggest Hollie does a urine test and to go home and post the sample in. Some days later it came back negative. Just before the 5^th of September 2000 Anne got a phone call from the above GP who asked Anne to come up to the surgery. Anne said what for and the GP said we are concerned about your finger (which had been previously broken by her abusive husband when they split up).

Anne became extremely concerned as to why after such a long period of time the doctor would want her to go up to the surgery…..it was obvious that the GP had something else in mind. The following Tuesday Anne was making up some curtains when Hollie asked her to make her a sandwich. Anne opened a tin of ham and made a sandwich. She then decided to go down to the bin room to throw it away as her own bin was full. She went to the bin room and one the way to the front door she found police and other men and women standing there. Anne walked past them to the bin room and on the way back was approached by the GP. The lady doctor addressed her and Anne said “what’s going on here” and the doctor asked her to come inside. Anne again asked the doctor why was she here and the doctor replied “We are here to section you” and replied “There is no way, these are just lies from my husband, something has to be done about this as I am the innocent party”…at that stage four men came and bodily lifted me up and taken into the entrance to the building where I was thrown onto the concrete floor, turned onto my stomach, my trousers and pants were taken down, I was screaming blue murder at the time and all my neighbours were out shouting leave her alone she has not done anything. I was injected in my backside and knocked out. Hollie was watching all this and must have wondered what the heck was going on.

Anne woke up in a mental hospital with two doctors talking blood out of my arm.

This became the start of another battle for Anne as she was very concerned as to what had happened to Hollie. Anne later found out that I was taken away in an ambulance and they went into my home and took Hollie into care. Whilst in care they took her to see her father, despite the fact that they knew that the father had abused her. It was Social Services who had done this and one would ask why on earth they would do such a thing. Anne in the meantime got a lawyer and also at this time she noticed a board with numbers on it so she phoned a help line. The adviser said to her that if she does not agree to what they are saying, they will slap another section on you. She had already been sectioned for three days and if they had done another section it would have been for possibly another six weeks and if you still do not agree they will slap another 6 months on you.

After Anne got out after the three days she accessed her medical notes, under the freedom of information. Whilst she was in the hostel Anne was being watched with an intended plan to section her….which is what they did……all of this information was in the medical notes. The two Doctor’s watching her was a Dr. Henderson and a Dr. Sweeney. Anne drove down to Fife to see a lawyer and she put her in touch with a top psychiatrist and both Anne and Hollie went down to Glasgow for that appointment. She spent the whole day with the Doctor and a report was written.

The psychiatrist told Anne she was a normal person and issue a report accordingly. Her lawyer then complained to the authorities that Anne was perfectly ok. The Mental Health Commission wrote back to the lawyer and said that Anne would have to make this complaint herself.   Anne then wrote a letter of complaint and she got her letter back stating they had received my letter of complaint. Anne lawyer did get a letter back eventually which stated that they had no record of Anne sectioning and no reference to Anne being seen by a Dr Palin or the legal people in Aberdeen etc. One can sense here a total cover up by the Police, the Scottish Legal System and the Mental Health.

It is at this stage that I will stop this story right there and return with Part 3 which will reveal the next horrific chapter in Anne’s life concerning the death of her brother Robert under very suspicious circumstances. I again repeat that each of these articles is copied to the Prime Minister’s Office, To David Cameron and Nick Clegg with no response whatsoever. It should be noted that on TV last night (The Politics Show) Gordon Brown again said we have to protect our children……So Mr Brown go and do it. It is left to we the public to continue applying the pressure in order to bring justice for poor Hollie Greig and her mum.

Scottish Government Cover Up of Hollie Greig Part 1 – How it all came to light (Republished)

I have decide to reveal the Hollie Greig’s story in fine detail so that you the public can read for yourself exactly how this sordid story came about and how the Scottish Government suppressed this terrible crime. It covers not only Hollie but also includes other children that fell victim to this ring of peodophiles.

This series will not hold back any information and will include names of the offenders and their victims. It will also include articles that were bouncing around at the time. In writing this series it is also an open invitation for anyone to write to the Palestine Telegraph who feel they have information relating to this or any other case involving children in Scotland who may have succumbed to the same group of the so called Scottish Justice System.

I thought it would be best to actually let you read the story overview that was put together by the Investigator of this case – Robert Green who has since become a victim of the Scottish Government without just cause.

Robert’s article was titled:  The Shocking Story of Hollie Greig and is shown in its entirety as per below. I will also include relevant documentation that is part and parcel of this obscene cover up by the Scottish Government and its Legal System.

The ultimate blame must rest on the shoulders of the First Minister for Scotland – Alex Salmond who is very much aware of this appalling story but still sits on his hands and does nothing. Our own ex PM Gordon Brown also did nothing….doesn’t anyone know why?

I will continue to support Hollie and her mum Anne with continues hard hitting articles until Alex Salmond, the First Minister for Scotland or our current PM, David Cameron, bow’s down to the pressure.

The “Hollie Army” continue to grow and we can say with great confidence that we will not need the assistance of NATO to win this battle…..we are strong and will not give up until Hollie and the other children involved have their day in court.

Hollies Story by Robert Green to the BBC “The Shocking Story of Hollie Greig”

In June 2000, Mrs. Anne Mackie, as she then was at the time, following a violent outburst by her husband Denis Charles Mackie, was told by her daughter Hollie, who has Down’s Syndrome, that she had been raped and sexually abused by her father and brother Greg. The abuses by her father had been going on for fourteen years. Since Hollie was just six.

Anne went with Hollie to Bucksburn Police Station, Aberdeen, to report the crimes, moving out of the family home, of course.

Late that summer, in August, Hollie revealed that her attackers extended far beyond her father and brother. Denis Charles Mackie had shared his young daughter with members of a paedophile ring operating in Aberdeen, including a Sheriff Graeme Buchanan, a police officer, Terry Major and Hollie’s own carer, Helen Macdonald.

After contacting the police again, Anne and Hollie were asked to attend at Bucksburn on 25th August 2000, to make their allegations.

Whilst Anne was being interviewed, Hollie was questioned by Officer Leanne Davidson, who in turn, left Hollie alone with a social worker, Nicola Foot. Foot immediately called Hollie a liar and assaulted her by injecting a needle into Hollie’s leg, which must have contained a drug to temporarily disorientate Hollie.

Anne, of course, knew nothing of this until she was driving Hollie home, when she became aware of Hollie’s unusual behavior, which she could not explain fully to her mother due to the effect of the drug. Anne returned immediately to the police station, demanding that a doctor examine Hollie without delay. Davidson played for time by saying that a doctor was being sought, but after two hours claimed that no doctor could be found.

Even worse was to follow just a few days later.

On the 5^th September, a medical team unexpectedly arrived at Anne’s home, on the instructions of Dr. Alaistair Palin, to literally drag Anne from her home. She naturally resisted, but her clothes were pulled down and she too was forcibly injected by one of the team.

She was taken by force to a mental institution run by Palin, where he described her as “schizophrenic.” The object was to return Hollie into the hands of her abuser father.

Anne managed to get out of the institution after a few days and had the foresight to demand a full examination by a mental health expert. Dr Helen Smith, who pronounced that Anne was in perfectly good mental health. A result, even Palin had to concede in writing there was nothing whatsoever wrong with Anne.

The police investigation meanwhile, despite medical and other expert witness support fully vindicating Hollie’s story, was eventually dropped on the orders of one of Sheriff Buchanan’s associates, Elish Angionlini, the Aberdeen’s Procurator Fiscal, now Lord Provost.

Anne and Hollie have carried on their battle for justice ever since the, although no independent Scottish solicitor could be found to even take up their case.

Nonetheless, after a few years, with the assistance of Nicola Smith, Hollie was awarded £13,500 by the Criminal Injury Compensation Authority, despite the fact that officially, no crime had even been committed.

None of the experts spoken to have ever heard of such a thing before, the only possible motive being that the award was made in the hope of buying Anne and Hollie off.

This point was picked up by the News of the World in April this year when the story was finally broken, albeit in a very abridged form. A version of this was also published by the Shropshire  Star, the local paper now for Anne and Hollie, as they had to flee Scotland due to the danger posed to them.

The BBC’s investigative report, Mark Daly, then approached us. After requesting that we deal exclusively with the BBC, he assured us, after numerous discussions and examination of documentary evidence, that two programmes had been commissioned, one to be broadcast on Scotland’s BBC TV and the other on BBC Radio Scotland, handled by his colleague, Kathy Long. With Her and Panorama’s team MacDougall, they came to interview Anne and Hollie on 4^th June this year at their Shropshire home. They also informed us that their investigations had led to them to other serious cases systematic sexual abuse of minors and adults with learning difficulties in Scotland.

On 10^th June, Mark Daly phoned to tell us that not only had the team been prevented by a senior BBC figure from making any further investigations into paedophile rings, but also that the team would be sacked if they continued to persist.

Despite all attempts, Daly and the others refused to divulge who it was who blocked them and efforts to elicit this information from the Director-General and the head of the BBC Trust have thus far failed to find a response.

However, Grampian police, under persistent pressure, agreed to conduct another investigation into Hollie’s case, led by Tanya Leiper. No urgency whatsoever was attached to this, however and it was only when a shot was fired at the window of  Anne and Hollie’s  home this August that any firm action was taken, after I had written to both the Grampian Police and Alex Salmond, who had previously been informed about the case, that I would hold the individuals concerned personally responsible if any hard should befall Anne and/or Hollie.

Tanya Leiper and Lisa Evans came down to Shrewsbury on 8^th September to interview both Anne and Hollie. I was able to listen to the interview conducted with Hollie by Lisa Evans from the next- door room of the house.

It lasted around three and a half hours in which Hollie explained and relived her multiple rape ordeals in precise and intimate detail. It was horrifying, but Hollie was magnificently heroic and remained strong and throughout, answering the questions with tremendous composure, squaring exactly with everything I had understood as a result of my own observations. Let it not be forgotten that she had already endured such an interview on August 25^th 2000.

I have previously written to Sheriff Buchanan with a list of his fellow rape gang visitors to the house, along with Hollie’s name and a picture of her. He, denied, in writing, any knowledge of any of them. Below is the list:

Part 2 will start to work through the minefield of the Scottish (extremely evasive) legal system. It will show a total lack of duty of care by the Grampian Police and Mental Health etc with appropriate letters relating to Anne and Hollie’s case (or should I say no case!). When one adds the historical lists of peodophiles to the existing FBI list we can see that this reaches all levels of those who are supposed to care for us in Health and Mental Welfare, Schools and Education, Police, Care Homes and Politically….. No party is exempt. There is no limit as to how high this goes in all of the above areas…..including of course the upper crust of Freemasons.

We the public must remember to keep up all the media activities and the protests until these so called “Gentlemen of Conscience” (who represent we the people) succumb to the pressure!

The deeply upsetting story of Hollie Greig (Modified and Republished)

There has to be a point in our lives when we turn our backs on normal news and bring out the truth behind a gut wrenching story that nobody wants to talk about or who may not be permitted to talk about.

It is my duty of care to always bring out topics that no one else is prepared to print. The case of Hollie Greig is one such story that will make you feel terribly sick inside whilst at the same time wanting to bring those responsible to justice. I did a radio show the other day and someone specifically asked me to investigate this sad story probably knowing that I would do an article on it. One must feel the intense pain of Hollie’s mum and the ongoing nightmare’s that must haunt Hollie, the innocent victim of a pedophile father and his ring of evil friends.

This is not the first time I have heard of such abuse, especially in care homes where children suffering from Down’s Syndrome or other medical conditions have been repeatedly abused by the care staff. It is for this reason that I have broken away from my normal articles to reveal these horrific evil pedophiles that contaminate our planet. What makes this case stand out is the fact that this abuse went beyond the Greig family and extended into the Grampian Police Force who are there to protect us. I am sure by the time you have read through this extremely upsetting story you also will want to bring these evil people to justice.

So who is Hollie Grieg? Hollie lived in Aberdeen, Scotland. Her family consisted of Anne, her mother, Father Denis and brother Greg. It was back in 2000 when Hollie told her mum something very disturbing that any mother dreads to hear – that she had been repeatedly sexually abused by her father, Denis Charles Mackie and by her brother Greg. This abuse stemmed back to when Hollie was six years old, Hollie also told her mum that her brother Greg had also been abused by his father. We hear of such horror stories many times especially when another member of the family is also abused and that person then becomes part of the spider’s web.

As one would expect Anne immediately reported the incident to the Grampian Police in Aberdeen and it was then that things started to go so terribly wrong. Over a period of time Hollie started to recall the names of those that had abused her. Anne eventually learnt that her husband Denis had offered his daughter to an extended ring of pedophiles. One can imagine the terrible abuse, psychological pain and humiliation that Hollie endured during this period and the terrible pain that mum also endured.

It became a further shock when Anne learned that this ring of pedophiles included a serving police officer with the Grampian Police named Terry Major and a very high profile gentleman called Graeme Buchanan who happened to be the Aberdeen Sheriff (his picture is on the last page of this article)

After some in depth investigations by medical staff and the Grampian Police Hollie’s account was fully accepted as being authentic but that’s as far as the case went and everything was very carefully swept under the carpet. One of the main players in this deplorable case was that of Elish Frances Angiolini QC (picture above), a Scottish lawyer who has served in the political role of Lord Advocate in Scotland since 2006. Her bio reads that she was appointed to the post of Solicitor General for Scotland in November 2001 becoming the first woman, the first Procurator Fiscal, and the first solicitor to hold that post. This lady prevented any action being taken by the police or should I say against the police and the Sheriff and consequently allowed the main offend, Denis Charles Mackie (Hollie’s father as shown on the following page) to escape the country and settle in Portugal.

The story does not stop there because the authorities started a campaign to discredit and intimidate Anne by having her forcibly taken to a mental institution in the hope of taking Hollie from her and handing her back to her evil father. Anne remained strong and managed to have herself checked over by a leading psychiatrist who then certified her as being perfectly sane. This brave woman stood up to these bullying tactics and consequently forced them to accept the findings of the psychiatrist.

Over the coming years Anne remained strong and continued to fight this battle which eventually led to Anne being able to convince the News of the World to take up her story in 2009. What was also disturbing was the fact that Hollie had been receiving payments from the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority which as we all know is a payment handed out for victims of crime. One must fully understand that for this payment to take place one has to have been vetted by the

authorities to qualify for such payments…..surely this in itself are an expression of guilt even though to this day no investigations have been carried out.

Hollies father Denis and Greg went to live in Portugal, which also so happened to be the same country where Madeleine McCann went missing. Anne decided that she should alert the authorities and went to another police station in her newly acquired home in Shrewsbury. She was hopeful that the local police would listen to her story and that they would then notify their counterparts in Portugal that this pedophile had relocated there and may have some connection with Madeleine. It became evident that this possible vital information was not passed on by the British Police.

Private Investigators into Hollies situation have since revealed the presence of other pedophile rings in Scotland and it became clear that senior authority figures in Scotland are prepared to obstruct the course of justice and allow the sexual abuse of such venerable members of our society to continue unchecked in order to save their own necks. This letter clearly shows the names of the offenders.

As one would expect this letter received little attention by the Scottish Court Service and their response is copied here. This letter was in actual fact a sort of name and shame letter but didn’t serve any purpose apart from the fact it serves as an acknowledgment by the Scottish Court Service. The letter was dated 24th June 2009.

It was extremely interesting to learn about what happened to Journalist & Broadcaster Robert Green. He decided to investigate the Hollie case and went up to Scotland only to find himself arrested by the Grampian Police with heavy involvement by Scotland’s Crown Office. Robert had traveled to Aberdeen to attend a public protest against the lack of action by Scotland’s law enforcement agencies in bringing to justice identified individuals belonging a an Aberdeen based pedophile ring, names of which included members of Scotland’s legal establishment and the local Sheriff.

Robert was promptly arrested soon after his arrival and prior to his attendance at the planned protest. It was ironic that his appearance the next day was at the Aberdeen Sheriff Court where he was taken before a colleague of the Sheriff who was named as a key player in this Pedophile ring. It should be pointed out at this stage regarding a police project that was in existence called “Operation Ore” that was set up to identify many pedophiles in public office, none of which have yet been prosecuted.

What is alarming here is the fact that poor Hollie claims she was abused for 14 years from the age of six and has given police the names of some of the men she says assaulted her. The 30-year-old and her mother, Anne, have been campaigning for criminal proceedings since 2000. All of the abuse took place in Aberdeen, and Hollie and her mother claim to have made a statement at Bucksburn police station in July naming those involved. The family moved to Shropshire and two Grampian Police officers travelled to Shrewsbury in September last year to re-interview Hollie at a special facility. Last month, the Crown Office revealed there was not enough reliable evidence to proceed with the case.

A spokesman said at the time: “Historical allegations of sexual abuse made by a 30-year-old woman in Shropshire have been thoroughly investigated by police. “Crown counsel have considered all the available information and decided that there is insufficient credible, reliable and admissible evidence to justify criminal proceedings in respect of these allegations.” It must be fully understood that this statement was in actual fact false because no proper investigation has ever been carried out as only Hollie herself was interviewed.

Despite no charges ever being brought, Hollie received £13,500 compensation from the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority in April last year. It is understood that a Grampian Detective Inspector described Hollie as “a truthful witness to the best of her ability and an entirely innocent victim”. Mrs Greig, 58, claims her daughter has experienced nightmares and panic attacks since she first told her about the alleged abuse.

Before closing there is also one piece of this jigsaw that has not been covered and that is regarding the death of Hollie’s Uncle Robert David Greig (Anne’s Brother). Just when you think you have heard enough of this sordid case we must include the circumstances leading to the death of her Uncle. On the 17th of November 1997 her uncle was found in a burnt out car close to Aberdeen. The police believed it was a case of suicide and the family attempted to obtain a copy of the autopsy. The authorities had for some time declared that no papers existed and basically the case was officially closed.

Anne with the support of others repeatedly tried to obtain the autopsy report which the authorities were reluctant to release and it was only obtained on the 31st of December. Before we go into that autopsy let me tell you an incident that took place prior to this tragic event. After the death of her uncle Hollie told her mum that one day her uncle had come into the house and caught her father having sex with her. Uncle Robert gave a very clear warning to her father never to do that again.

Now we come to the autopsy result which in my opinion gives a very clear cut verdict of murder and not suicide…….one could even possible think that this could be called a political assassination as Robert Greig really did know too much, especially about people in high places. He was totally devoted to his sister Anne and dear Hollie. The Autopsy gave the verdict of death by smoke inhalation but also noted that Robert had severe damage to his skull, two broken ribs and a broken sternum. In addition to this his body also contained much alcohol (even though Robert was a non drinker) and the autopsy found residue of whiskey in his stomach.   A person apparently came across the car and attempted to save Robert which came across as a sort of heroic story when in actual fact it is believed that this person was indeed the murderer.

It is important for the world to understand that a very grave injustice has been carried out here and that the Grampian Police have acted in a way that does not befit their duty of care to the people of Aberdeen and more importantly poor Hollie, who like many have fallen victim to such a Pedophile ring.

We at the Palestine Telegraph understand what it is like living in a police state having become the victim of Israeli aggression and intimidation. This case however has touched our hearts and we feel it is finally time to bring those responsible to justice. It is for this reason that we have decided to print the letter sent on behalf of Anne and Hollie whilst at the same time to name and shame those listed. The letter of response is also an indication of the arrogance of the Aberdeen Sheriff.

Pedophilia is deeply rooted in our society and has in the past encompassed some extremely powerful people, including politicians etc The fact that a serving police officer was involved and a very senior figure in the legal system of Scotland cannot be taken lightly and I  sincerely hopes that in re opening this case something will eventually come out of it.

This article is dedicated to Hollie and her mum Anne in the hope that she accepts the deep feelings and concerns from  myself  and the many thousands around the world who have been made aware of this terrible case.
