Is it a case of “The Spy That Came In From The Cold” ?

Is the British Government after someone other than Julian Assange that they so desperately need in their custody?

Who is that peeping behind the curtain?

Could it be Ms Andrea Davison the lady who had direct access to Number 10 Downing Street and who actually said herself that  a large number of people knew who she was and could verify who she was, including former prime minister Tony Blair ?

Let’s simply turn up the heat a notch so that our Ex and current Prime Ministers start to feel somewhat slightly overcooked along with the other ingredients who are in the stew……… namely many current and past senior MP’s and members of the House of Lords!!

You will all recall that in my last article I gave reference to the other fugitive that is in the same room as Julian Assange and certainly is more important to the powers that be than the  existing “CIA STOOGE” that they claim they are after.

Let me again remind you of that fugitive that keeps changing her identity:

She is non other than ex intel operative by the name of Ms Andrea Davison  (not her real name) who is, in her own words, equal in status  to the late Dr. David Kelly –  Dr David Kelly and Andrea Davison have several things in common both were experts on Biological Weapons and both were involved in the arms that went to Iraq and WMD’s and both were whistleblowers.

Andrea was an intelligence adviser to the Trade and Industry Select Committee on Arms to Iraq and also gave evidence to Scott Inquiry into Arms to Iraq, It was her whistle blowing to the then opposition leader Niel Kinnock that revealed that the then Conservative Government were selling arms to Iraq. In December 2009 she was getting a file together to send to the Chilcot enquiry.

In January 2010 13 male officers raided Andrea’s home with a warrant issued under the Proceeds of Crime Act. They took from the building everything of value, confiscating her passport, drivers licence. all the keys to her property and vehicles etc and more importantly  7000 documents about Arms to Iraq.

It was Andrea herself who stated that she was afraid she may be ‘suicided’ and cannot protect herself, as was the case with her close friend Gareth Williams, who worked for the Secret Intelligence Service and who was found  dead in a large sealed bag in the bath of his Security Services “so called safe house” in Pimilico, London on the 23rd of August 2010……

Gordon Bowden and I are still locked into a civil defamation case with Ms Davison and it is now obvious, if you read my last article that what I revealed in my blog was certainly not a case for defamation but the truth as she was found guilty of all but one of the charges made against her by the Derbyshire Police.

It was also interesting to note that throughout our many Case Management Meetings she was accompanied by her friend and journalist, Pete Sawyer who obviously was privy to the highly sensitive documents that were seized by the police and who indeed had written many stories about them. I guess one could say with some confidence that based on the nature of those documents both he and Ms Davison were guilty under the Official Secrets Act and yet Ms Davison is now seeking asylum in the Ecuador Embassy in London and her partner in crime is still free to roam the streets of London.

I clearly remember the presence of Pete Sawyer outside the Royal Courts of Justice when he photographed both Gordon and I with his telephoto lens……..it was this action by Mr. Sawyer that prompted me to return the compliment and take a photograph of him, one whilst he was on his mobile phone and the other when he again reciprocated by taking yet another shot of me at close range (his lens almost disappearing up my nose)….I also managed to capture a shot of him with Ms. Davison who is the small blond lady next to him.

The British public should demand that all 7,000 documents be made available to the Chilcot Inquiry as they obviously form part of the vital evidence required to show who sent what to Iraq and who were actually involved in taking us into a totally unnecessary war in which over one million Iraq’s died (for no just cause).

We must also remember the service men and women who also died and the millions of vets that have since succumbed to the terrible sicknesses associated  with the use of depleted uranium by coalition forces, many of whom have and continue to die.

Here is an email sent to the Lib Dems, who it would appear wish to break away from the current coalition government and maybe if they hang out Gordon’s dirty washing we may well see a change in the breeze!!

 I place on record:

 Lucy Care can and must provide you with a full disclosure of our past meeting and “Recorded” correspondences. She will confirm the authenticity of all the Documents passed to her previously.

 Please download the attachments, they will provide a basic overview of all I disclosed to you.

As a recorded Derby Resident and long service ex RAF Engineer, I  rightly call upon yourself and fellow Derbyshire Lib Dem officers, recorded as Cc Recipients, to examine at your earliest availability, a selection of Political Scandal Documents and legal Court “Bundle” Files that, “in the Public Interest” that must be disclosed for Parliamentary discussion and disclosure.

They should provide a clear picture as to why there is a huge political dynamic surrounding Ms Tara Andrea Davison, the Ecuadorian Government, Australian -Julian Assange and the British Governments call to remove only him from their London Embassy for extradition.

 Ms Andrea Davison’s major 4 year Case including a pre trial criminal International investigations and her Bangor North Wales arrest was initiated and has always been headed by the Derbyshire Police under the overall control of Chief Constable Mick Creedon. See attachment of letter from Lord Doug Hoyle – Labour. 

One Letter from Lord Doug Hoyle on House of Lords Crested Paper (See Attachment) is a clear violation of Protocol of a member of the House of Lords, acting in his official capacity to infringe or persuade, on the decisions or direction of a Chief Constable in a major multimillion Pound Organised Crime Case and must be disclosed in Parliament.

 As I say, Julian Assange has not even been convicted in a Court of Law yet, he is an Australian, Ms Tara Andrea Davison is a British subject, a Convicted Criminal and according to her Trial evidence and the Documents I hold, she worked for MI5 / 6 Intelligence Services. If the pre election Lib Dem manifesto is to be remembered, this could reverse their empty promises to those who voted for them, myself included in their objectives to clear up Political corruption and expose those responsible for the criminal covert WMD ARM Smuggling to Iraq, Iran etc.

Although she is recorded to have used multiple alias during her 20 year organised crime history and the Derbyshire Police evidence at her Trial in MOLD that she is aged 62, that would indicate from the BMD Records she is:

In view of the direct involvement of the Derbyshire Police, myself and Mr Peter Eyre as Derby residents, involved in an ongoing parallel Civil case, at the Royal Courts of Justice Queens Bench Division London, with Ms Andrea Davison, a convicted criminal. I call upon yourselves, acting in your public service capacity and the Liberal Democrat Party that you represent, to provide to myself, Mr Eyre and directly in the nations and “In the Public Interest” answers to obvious Political dynamic questions.

There is enough forensic legal document evidence including Crown Court recorded transcript for Nick Clegg or any Liberal Dem MP to bring this immediately before Parliament.

1)  To immediately call for the United Kingdom Foreign Office to insist the Ecuadorian Government return Ms Andrea Davison, a British subject to the United Kingdom as a convicted Criminal, to serve out her custodial sentence.

2) To examine and determine, “In the Public Interest,” before an open public inquiry, the accuracy and authenticity of her written affidavit evidence I hold, that, she declared in police statement and before the Criminal Court, she was  acting and Operating her International criminal business for and on behalf off as an employee of  MI5 / MI6. That she provide under Oath, evidence of the Political criminal Act accusations reportedly against Past and current Conservative Party Government Members of Parliament directly named and involved in WMD  Arms smuggling and other criminal Acts I hold, in legally recovered without copyright restriction, Documents, authored and published by Ms Andrea Davison.

3) To make public in Parliament to determine the whereabouts and recover from the Derbyshire Police, all ITEMS seized under a Proceeds of Crime order including a Political Treasure Trove of over 7000, Arms to Iraq Documents, Government Politicians correspondences seized by the Derbyshire Police for joint Government scrutiny, examination and full public disclosure.

4) To enquire from the Minister of security exactly how could, a high profile on trial /police Bail person, who made repeated claims she worked for the Intelligence Service Services and whose ID and Travel Documents were seized could have casually slipped out of Country during the highest security level period this Country has ever known unless as I suspect, she is in the Ecuadorian Embassy with Julian Assange.

A WOMAN who claimed she worked for the security services has been jailed for two and a half years for a series of frauds.

Andrea Davison, believed to have fled the country and claimed political asylum,  denied 27 theft and fraud offences.

The prosecution said she was running a false document factory after she kept items from a mail drop service, including passports, as templates to recreate documents.

She was convicted unanimously of 26 charges by a jury at Mold Crown Court who found her not guilty of one charge at the direction of the judge.

Judge Niclas Parry said Davison had made it clear at the start that she was not attending her trial, and information provided to the court indicated she was at an embassy in Ecuador seeking political asylum.

Davison had, he said, been convicted on overwhelming evidence of serious offences of fraud and dishonesty over many years. It was a breach of trust because people who trusted her with crucial personal information as part of a mail drop service had their privacy violated Judge Parry said he was satisfied that she was a highly intelligent woman who used information she fraudulently obtained to repeatedly create false identification documents for the purpose of obtaining, potentially, many thousands of pounds worth of credit. It had left people devastated. “The potential for loss was quite enormous,” he said.

The court heard how Derby Police economic crime unit raided Davison’s Felinheli home after documents uncovered in another fraud case were found to have come from her in a calculated and deliberate way.

DC Stephen Winnard, commended by the judge for his work, said after the case:

“What we found was a document factory at Felinheii, personal documents that could be used in any type of fraud. The end result of her actions is that many people lost their life savings through organised crime groups.”

Davison, 62, of Bangor Street, Felinheii, admitted much of what was alleged.

But she said she provided herself with false or virtual identification because she was trying to protect herself. People had been trying to kill her because of her previous covert work for the security services, she claimed in police interviews. But she said a large number of people knew who she was and could verify who she was, including former prime minister Tony Blair.

In police interviews she said that she had been deeply involved in the arms to Iraq inquiry. She said she had become involved in the inquiry and many agencies and organisations were trying to kill her, while other agencies were trying to protect her.

Davison confirmed she had credit or bank accounts in other names but said they were all paid up. She spoke of providing virtual realities for other people and told how she ran an organisation called The Association for Former British Intelligence Officers.

Davison denied possessing copies of passports in connection with fraud, making a false Venezuelan passport, offering to supply false ID documents, possessing false utility bills and bank statements and falsifying the register of electors.

She also denied possessing false documents including four stamps purporting to be of official origin including one for the Republic of Panama, possessing a false driving licence in her name with a false date of birth, theft of the passport from the Passport Service, exposing banks and credit card companies to risk of fraud, money laundering, and a trademark offence centred on five watches alleged to have been Breitling watches.

One would still have to ask the question “Now that this story is in the public domain why isn’t the world media interested is this highly sensitive case and the women who has so much information  and evidence to nail many high profile political figures” ?

“Why hasn’t she been allowed to give her vital evidence to the Chilcott Inquiry whilst at the same time show the British public just how sordid our leaders and government are and at the same time show that we had no reason for going to war apart from their own very corrupt and fraudulent past” ?

Let’s also remember our current Prime Minister, David Cameron’s trip to South Africa( when he was only 24 years of age) in company with Sir Ken Warren to illegally purchase three Israel/South African built nuclear bombs  that they then allowed to be stolen back by the same arms dealer who sold them (John Bredenkamp) and that were then sold on the “Black Market” to unknown nations!!

Let’s also remember the assassination of dear Dr. David Kelly who was involved in the above and whom was responsible for checking the status of the bombs when they arrived in Oman and that they were in good condition and safe ie Checking the core temperature etc……now you now why they knocked him off!!

And let’s finally remember the £17.8 million that was siphoned from the British Tax Payer’s money to fill the Tory Party Election Fund coffers and which is recorded in the governments Hansard diary and to this day has never been accounted for…….I am sure we would all like to know the answer to these questions and many more!!

I guess you do not believe this story……why don’t you check it out yourself it is written in Hansard 22nd June 1993, and starting at Col. 197 when Lord Doug Hoyle raised the issue in the House as follows: 

“Mr Hoyle: If the hon. Gentleman will allow me, I shall tell him what information is now given to us. We understand the expenditure and what Tory central office receives. In 1992, central office received £20.7 million. When we asked about that and about company donations, the Tory party told us to look at company accounts. I repeat: in 1992, the Tories received £20.7 million. When the records were checked by Companies house, only £2.9 198million was shown in company accounts. That means that there is a deficit of £17.8 million. We want to know where that £17.8 million came from. 

Mr Tim Smith: The hon. Gentleman has made the suggestion about the accounts of the Conservative party that was made by a member of the Select Committee last week: that no accounts had been published between 1979 and 1983. They were published, and I undertook to send copies to the Select Committee. 

Mr Hoyle: I gave way to the hon. Gentleman because I expected him to tell me where the difference of £17.8 million came from. I shall give way again to him. I am told that he is a treasurer of the Conservative party. I give way to him now so that he can stand up and tell us where the £17.8 million came from. Does the hon. Gentleman care to do that? I am waiting. I do not think that we shall get the information from the horse’s mouth. We certainly did not get it from the Secretary of State.”
